Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you decide to cancel, please notify us at least 3 days before your next billing date.

2. Refund Request

If your child is unhappy within the first 14 days of starting a program, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked. After the first 14 days, refunds for the current month will not be issued, but future billing can be stopped anytime.

3. Process

To request a refund or cancel, please email our support team at support@rehanschool.uk. Be sure to include the student and parent name used during the checkout process.
